Secure login, registration, and account management

Overview

QOC Cloud Console provides a robust authentication system with multiple verification methods and comprehensive account management features.

Login

Access your account through the login page with:

Email and Password

The standard login method using your registered email and password.

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Enter your password
  3. Click Sign In

Stay Signed In

Check the "Remember me" option to stay logged in on trusted devices.

Multi-Language Support

The login interface is available in:

  • English
  • Português (Brasil)
  • Español

Use the language selector at the bottom of the login page to switch languages.

Registration

Create your QOC Cloud account in just a few steps:

Choose Verification Method

You can register using:

  • Email verification (recommended)
  • SMS verification (alternative)

Provide Account Information

Fill in the registration form:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (if using SMS)
  • Secure password

Verify Your Account

  • Email: Check your inbox for a verification link
  • SMS: Enter the code sent to your phone

Complete Setup

After verification, log in to access your console dashboard.

Password Management

Forgot Password

If you forgot your password, you can easily recover access:

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Check your email for a recovery code
  4. Enter the code on the reset password page
  5. Create a new secure password

Recovery Code Expiration

Password recovery codes expire after 1 hour for security. Request a new code if yours expires.

Password Requirements

For your security, passwords must:

  • Be at least 8 characters long
  • Contain at least one uppercase letter
  • Contain at least one lowercase letter
  • Contain at least one number
  • Contain at least one special character

Change Password

To change your password while logged in:

  1. Click on your user menu in the header
  2. Select Account Settings
  3. Navigate to the Security tab
  4. Click Change Password
  5. Enter your current password
  6. Enter and confirm your new password
  7. Click Update Password

Account Security

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Coming Soon

Two-factor authentication will be available in an upcoming release for enhanced account security.

Active Sessions

Monitor and manage your active sessions:

  • View all devices where you're currently logged in
  • See login locations and timestamps
  • Remotely sign out from specific devices or all sessions

Access this feature from Account Settings > Security > Active Sessions.

Session Management

Your console session remains active for:

  • 7 days with "Remember me" enabled
  • 24 hours without "Remember me"

After this period, you'll need to log in again.

Security Best Practice

Always log out when using shared or public computers, even if your session is remembered.

Logout

To sign out of your account:

  1. Click on your user menu in the header (top right)
  2. Select Logout

You'll be redirected to the login page, and all session data will be cleared.

Troubleshooting

Can't Receive Verification Email

If you don't receive the verification email:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Verify you entered the correct email address
  3. Wait a few minutes and request a new code
  4. Add noreply@cloud.beqoc.com to your contacts

Login Issues

If you're having trouble logging in:

  • Ensure your email and password are correct
  • Check if Caps Lock is enabled
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try a different browser
  • Use the password recovery option if needed

Account Locked

Multiple failed login attempts may temporarily lock your account for security. Wait 30 minutes or use the password recovery option.
