Overview of your projects and usage metrics

Overview

The Dashboard is your command center, providing a comprehensive view of your current project's status, usage metrics, and quick access to frequently used features.

Dashboard Sections

Project Overview

At the top of your dashboard, you'll find:

  • Project Name: The currently selected project
  • Project ID: Unique identifier for your project
  • Plan Type: Your current subscription tier (Free, Pro, Enterprise)
  • Status: Project health status

Usage Metrics

Real-Time Analytics

The dashboard displays interactive charts showing:

API Requests

  • Total requests in the current period
  • Requests per hour/day breakdown
  • Success vs. error rate trends
  • Peak usage times

Database Operations

  • Query execution count
  • Average response times
  • Connection pool usage
  • Storage consumption

Authentication Events

  • User login attempts
  • Active user sessions
  • Token generations
  • OAuth authorizations

Data Refresh

Dashboard metrics update every 5 minutes automatically. Click the refresh icon to update manually.

Time Range Selection

Analyze your usage over different periods:

  • Last 24 Hours: Hourly breakdown
  • Last 7 Days: Daily breakdown
  • Last 30 Days: Daily breakdown
  • Custom Range: Select specific start and end dates

Monitor your consumption against plan limits:

Approaching Limits

When you reach 80% of any limit, you'll receive a notification. Consider upgrading your plan to avoid service interruption.

Project Details

View detailed project information:

  • Created Date: When the project was created
  • Last Modified: Most recent project changes
  • Owner: Project owner's name and email
  • Region: Data center location
  • Environment: Production, Staging, or Development

Recent Activity

Track recent changes and events in your project:

  • Application creations and modifications
  • Team member additions or removals
  • Database schema changes
  • API configuration updates
  • Billing changes

Each activity entry shows:

  • Action: What happened
  • User: Who performed the action
  • Timestamp: When it occurred
  • Details: Additional context

Notifications

Stay informed with the notification center:

  • System Updates: Platform maintenance and new features
  • Usage Alerts: Approaching or exceeded limits
  • Security Alerts: Suspicious activity or login attempts
  • Billing Notices: Payment confirmations or issues
  • Team Activity: Member invitations and role changes

Click the bell icon in the header to view all notifications.

Project Switching

If you have multiple projects (Pro/Enterprise plans):

  1. Click the project selector in the dashboard header
  2. Select the project you want to view
  3. The dashboard updates to show that project's data

Project Shortcuts

Press Ctrl + P (or Cmd + P on Mac) to quickly switch between projects.

Exporting Data

Export your usage data for analysis:

  1. Click the Export button on any chart
  2. Choose format: CSV, JSON, or PDF
  3. Select date range
  4. Download your report

Exported data includes:

  • All visible metrics
  • Detailed timestamp information
  • Breakdown by hour/day
  • Summary statistics
