Upgrading Your Plan
Seamless Upgrades
Upgrading is instant with no downtime. Your applications continue running without interruption.
To upgrade your plan:
- Navigate to Billing in the sidebar
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select your desired plan
- Enter payment information
- Confirm the upgrade
Your new limits take effect immediately.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Debit Cards: Most major debit cards
- PayPal: For Pro and Enterprise plans
- Bank Transfer: Enterprise only (annual billing)
- Purchase Orders: Enterprise only

Monthly Billing

Usage Alerts
Receive notifications when you reach:
- 80% of any limit: Warning notification
- 90% of any limit: Critical notification
- 100% of any limit: Service may be restricted
Overage Handling
When limits are reached, API requests may be throttled. Upgrade your plan or wait for the next billing cycle reset.
Overage Charges
Pro Plan Overages
If you exceed your plan limits:
- API Requests: $0.50 per 10,000 additional requests
- Database Storage: $5 per additional GB/month
- Team Members: $10 per additional member/month
Overages are billed at the end of your billing cycle.
Enterprise Plan
Custom limits with negotiated overage rates. Contact your account manager for details.
Downgrading
To downgrade your plan:
- Navigate to Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select a lower tier
- Review what will change
- Confirm the downgrade
Downgrade Implications
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Ensure your usage fits within the new plan's limits before downgrading.
What Happens When You Downgrade
- Existing resources remain but may become read-only
- Excess team members will need to be removed
- Additional projects will need to be transferred or deleted
- Advanced features become unavailable
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:
- Navigate to Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Select a cancellation reason (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. After that, your account reverts to the Free tier.
Data Retention
- Immediate: All data remains accessible
- 30 days: Full access in read-only mode
- After 30 days: Data may be archived
- After 90 days: Data may be deleted
Export Your Data
Before cancelling, export any important data. Use the export features in the Database and Applications sections.
Refunds
Refund Policy
- Pro Plan: 30-day money-back guarantee
- Enterprise Plan: Custom terms in your contract
- Free Tier: N/A (no charges)
To request a refund:
- Contact support within 30 days of payment
- Provide your project ID and payment details
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing
Invoices
Access your billing history:
- Navigate to Billing
- Click Invoices
- View or download invoices
Each invoice includes:
- Invoice number
- Billing date
- Amount charged
- Payment method
- Line-item breakdown
- Tax information (if applicable)
Invoices are automatically emailed to your account email.
Tax Information
VAT/GST
Businesses in applicable regions may need to provide:
- VAT/GST number
- Business registration details
- Tax exemption certificates
Add tax information in Billing > Tax Information.
US Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically calculated based on your billing address for applicable US states.
